Addressing a function in Murray, he confirmed that the Green Line Bus Service would be launched with 15 buses, while students, senior citizens and women would be able to travel free.
He added that the train service for Murri is also in the pipeline to reduce the burden of a private vehicle entering the city, which makes it easier for tourists to travel.
“These steps will provide safe, cheap and environmentally friendly powers for people from all over the country, Murri and visitors,” he said.
Along with the transport upgrade, Maryam Nawaz announced the Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Center, which has already started the angiography procedures and will start cardiac surgery soon.
He also announced a new hospital in Bhurban, improvement of schools, a major water supply project, and cleaning schemes to improve local infrastructure.
