Online circulating leak images show that Master Changan Motors can prepare to introduce a new range expansion Electric Vehicle (Rev) pickup truck in Pakistan. The car is visible to the Depal K50 Hunter, which is already a hybrid pickup available in selected international markets.
The photo depicts 50 of the stands near the port area, with a shipping container and heavy trucks around it, which shows that the unit has recently arrived in Pakistan for testing or initial diagnosis.
The Deepal K50 Hunter uses a range extended electric drive train, as well as the plugin acts like hybrid but with a significant difference: Electric motors operate wheels, while the internal combustion engine of 2,000 cc works as a fully generator to recharge 31.8 kW. Jointly, this system produces 268 horses’ clay and 472 NM torque.
Although specifications for Pakistan have not been confirmed by bone, the international setup of the truck focuses on fuel efficiency and low emission, which aligns with the rising local interest in the hybrid and power vehicle.
If launched, the Depal K50 Hunter will compete directly with BYD Shark 6, another Chinese hybrid pickup is expected to enter Pakistan soon. Both models target buyers to achieve alternative power trains in the Light Commercial and Utility Vehicle.
Pricing and launch details have not yet been revealed, and Dipal has not made any official announcement about the local first film. However, the recent appearance of the K50 has indicated that Pakistan’s pickup market can soon see its first hybrid contender, which is marketing a significant change in the utility class.
