The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has introduced a new traffic turn near the International City 1 in front of the Dragon Mart, to facilitate the construction of the next Dubai Metro Blue Line.
In a consultation shared on social media, the RTA said the move was aimed at maintaining traffic flow during the development of the project. The authority states that “to ensure smooth journey in Dubai, traffic turns have been implemented near the dragon Mart as part of the Metro Blue Line Works. Motorcycles have urged them to follow road traces and plan their routes in advance.”
Drivers are encouraged to use alternative routes wherever possible and pay close attention to directional signboards to avoid kanid conduit and ensure a safe, easier trip.
