The largest public parking operator in Dubai is developing two new types of account through his mobile app, designed to enhance both business and households.
Business Account
Manufactured for companies, this feature will allow organizations to effectively manage multiple vehicles, facilitate payment and monitoring in their fleet.
Family Account
This option is aimed at families, which enables family members to share access for smooth and more integrated parking experience.
According to Parkin, the move reflects its broader strategy to enhance smart mobility services in the UAE and make parking more capable and efficient to all users.
Current services
In addition to the new accounts, the Parkin continues to provide:
- Pay as a payment for quick and easy payments.
- Monthly goes for residents and communities.
- Access to event parking during festivals and concerts.
- Corporate flat solutions for multiple vehicles management business.
- EV parking is equipped with charging stations for electric cars.
Extended plans
Parkin PJSC plans to add 3,000 new salaried parking spaces in private developments, along with the construction of four multi -storeyed car parks over the next two years, by the end of 2025.
The company reported revenue of DH 320 million in Q2 2025 compared to the same quarter in 2024. By mid -2010, Parkin monitored 211,500 parking spaces, including 188,700 public places compared to the previous year.
In April 2025, the introduction of Dubai’s variable parking tariff system reorganized places in standard (109,000) and premiums (79,700), which applied the DH 25 hour rate during major events.
Although some developer has reduced parking due to planned sanctions in Al -Sofoh, the new increase in areas like Zone W has relieved the damage. The multi -storey parking capacity is stable in 3,200 places.
