Inspector General (IG) Sindh Police Ghulam Nabi Memon has announced a heavy fine for driving without a license in the province.
Addressing a function in Karachi, the IG revealed that riding a motorcycle without a license would now be fined Rs 1 lakh. 20,000, while driving without a license, RS in it. 30,000. Heavy car ls, fines. 50,000.
Memon added that the authorities initially considered the maximum rupee to determine the fines. 100,000 but the Sindh government advised against such a standing amount. He emphasized that to improve the traffic system, it is necessary to ensure the compliance with the licensing rules.
“Unless we improve the driving license government, the traffic system cannot improve,” the IG said.
