In Pakistan, the authorized importer and distribution of Premier Systems (Pvt) Limited in Pakistan has issued a statement identifying false and misleading claims in connection with the Audi operations in the country.
The company emphasized that the import of sales, service, warranty support, and imports of automotive sections of vehicles is uninterrupted, which confirms its strong and ongoing contribution to the ADAG.
Partnership with Audi AG
Since the introduction of Audi in Pakistan in 2005, the premiere system has been the only provider of sale, service and warranty coverage of audi vehicles in the country.
The company said its partnership with ADAG is “strong, fully connected and beyond the question”, which reflects the global view of Audi and its commitment to the Pakistani market.
Removing the pursuit of indifference
The Premier System clearly dismissed the allegations of obstruction of the import or parts of the vehicles, and termed them “clearly wrong, misleading and without any base”.
The company assured that the import process is underway without interference and the audi vehicles and sections are readily available to consumers.
Legal matters and disputes
In response to legal dispute reports, the Premier System confirmed that it was involved in the same dispute with a user, which is currently pending before the courts. However, the company emphasized that there was no legal action between the premiere system and the ADAG, in which such proposals have been declared baseless. The premiere also made it clear that its legal representatives are taking action under the previous Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA) and other applicable laws in response to online allegations.
Earlier reports discussed a single -fold dispute that increased legalism, notoriety notices and criminal proceedings. Some reports say that Customs has suspended the authority of premiere systems to issue import trade prices (ITPs). However, the subsequent explanations have confirmed that ITP is still allowed in the premiere system and continues to issue ITP.
