The car enthusiasts and collectors will once again have the opportunity to bid for rare number plates as the Dubai roads and the Transport Authority (RTA) will bring back its premium license plate auction later this month.
On Saturday, September 27, 2025, the Grand -Hauat will feature 90 specific plates in Dubai, including AA, BB, K, L, L, M, N, P, T, W, X, and Z. category two, three, and five digits. Highlights also include standout plates BB88 and BB -777, which are expected to attract significant interest.
License plates in Dubai are known to order a huge prices depending on their sarcasm. In 2024, a two -digit plate AA16 acquired DH7.32 million, while AA999 was sold in DH4.05 million.
Registration and participation
- Registration Monday, September 22, 2025 opens through the RTA website or through customer hepiens centers in Umm Ramol, Dera, and Albasha.
- Prayer is required to keep the Dubai traffic file and submit the DH -25,000 security deposit check RTA as well as submit the DH -1220 non -refundable registration fee.
- RTA can be paid in centers or online using credit cards.
Seating for a direct auction will be restricted, active participants will be preferred, so preliminary registration is recommended. The event will start at 4:30 pm.
The RTA expects another period of record -breaking bids as the collectors compete for some special numbers available in the region.
