Following the recommendations of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (ER) and the relevant ministries, the government of Pakistan has announced a hike in prices of petroleum products in the first half of October 2025.
According to the Finance Division on September 30, new prices will be implemented from October 1, 2025. RS in high speed diesel (HSD) price. 4.04 per liter, RS it. 276.81 per liter, previous RS. 272.77.
Similarly, the price of MS (petrol) has been increased by the rupee. 4.07 per liter, now RS. Compared to the previous rate of Rs 268.68 per liter. 264.61.
The revised prices will remain in force for the next fifteen days, as the government continues to adjust the rates according to the global market trends and domestic concerns.
