The company announced that Artistic Millers, a world -based Pakistani leader in Denim Manufacturing, have gained the majority shares of Elite Textile in the cone denim.
The new multinational organization will operate under the conical denim brand, in which this transaction will be expected in the first quarter of 2026.
Artistic Millers’ Pakistani operations will continue to operate independently, while the cone will serve as a Denim Standstone Portfolio Company. The joint platform will connect selected assets of both organizations, which will develop an international denim factory with North America, Asia and beyond works.
The new conical Denim will run its existing mills in Pars and Ekupstel, Mexico, and China, as well as facilitating artistic millions’ garments in Pars, Mexico, and its star feeds with international laundry and development center with its star feeds in Los Angeles.
Murtaza Ahmed and Amir Ahmed of Artistic Millions said that the cooperation would allow the cone to maintain its unique identity by taking advantage of shared skills and infrastructure. “Our multinational manufacturing locations will offer speed, scale and supply guarantee guaranteed,” he said in a joint statement.
Steve Migrard, the president of the Sink Denim, will lead the new organization, which will be reported to a board, which includes Amir Ahmed, Murtaza Ahmed, and Jeffrey P. Flare, as well as additional directors.
Elite Textile CEO Jeffrey P. Prust said the move units have recognized two denim leaders globally with a strong heritage in innovation, stability and responsible manufacturing. He added that the reorganization Denim will increase its global image, including restoration of US production and entry into new areas.
Consumers of both cones Denim and Artistic Millers are expected to look at the continuity in service and quality, with plans to increase offers, including fabric and clothing manufacture in North Africa.
