The company on Friday announced the development in the notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The move could estimate the digital payments and lending landscapes for the country’s e -commerce sector.

According to a public statement sent to the SECP, Pakistan Stock Exchange, and the administration of Finova, the Board of Directors of SLG Trax has approved the launch of good intentions for this acquisition. This contract, subject to conscious and regular approval, will provide full ownership of Finova’s intellectual property suite to SLG tracks and potential operational control of the company.
Since February 2025, the selected SLG Trax with retail client has already developed by Finva’s Fantric Software with a selected SLG Trax Retail Client, financing 1.2 million batch, Rs 17 billion in wallet payments, and Rs. 3.5 billion in lending thrupot.
If the acquisition has been finalized, SLG Trax plans to formally launch its NBFC operations in the fourth quarter of 2025, with a 9,000 retail and 300 corporate e -commerce client deployment to the Fintic Platform in the client’s own network.
The company says the move is part of a wider strategy to expand its e -commerce business line, offering merchant -concentrated digital payment portals, loan management systems, and AI -powered credit engine. This acquisition is expected to boost operational performance and profitability, while also opening up marketing opportunities for fenther software in other countries.
