PIA Holding Co. Limited (PIAHCL) has announced the transfer of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) a nominated company, Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Personnel Engineering Complex (PECL) of its Person Engineering Complex (PECL).
The decision was made on September 23, 2025 at the 16th meeting of the Board of Directors Hero in Islamabad.
In this scheme, developed under the Companies Act, 2017, the PAHCL’s business unit, the process of transferring the Prasad Engineering Complex from the holding company to the PAF designated entity. The necessary filing will be done with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) produces advanced components for the Health Engineering Complex (PEC) Aerospace and other industries. It is a completely integrated facility that combines various engineering areas, including investment casting, traditional and CNC machining, optics, PCB, electricity, electronics and composite. It serves large companies such as General Electric, Airbus and Boeing.
The move is part of a vast reorganization of assets of Pahakal, as the company was established to handle the responsibilities and assets of Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL).
The move comes after the federal government’s directives and aims to further align the complex operations with PAF objectives.
