National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) President and CEO Mr Rahat Ali Hussein recently emphasized the key role of the environmental system during the Hero Pakistan Business Summit in Peshawar and the financial and banking sector in national growth.

At this summit, the theme was organized under the patronage of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, and a joint hosted by the Nutshel Group and Al -Berka Bank (Pakistan) Limited, in which the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) was presented with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

During the session titled “Dialogue on Environmental System Symphony”, Hasani highlighted that NBP was the first to introduce renewable financing in Pakistan and confirms the bank’s commitment to support sustainable energy and cooperate in the green transfer. He said that the bank’s profit is closely linked to Pakistan’s development goals and the needs of its people. He added that with efforts to enhance investors’ confidence, reforms are essential to attract investment in challenging sectors.

“Although the bank is focused on stable and effective sectors rather than high -risk areas, creating confidence and investors’ confidence is equally important,” hessney said. He also emphasized that empowering citizens through financial inclusion and extensive access to finance transforms them into active partners in the economy, strengthening local communities and promoting sustainable development across the country.

The session was moderated by Sajid Aslam, partner and co -founder of the United States spectro -LLC. The panelists included President and CEO or HBL Mohammad Nasir Saleem.
