According to the Foreign Office of Pakistan, a high -level Saudi business delegation arrived in Islamabad on Tuesday, led by Prince Mansoor bin Mohammed Al Saud, chairman of the Saudi Pakistan Joint Business Council, aimed at deepening trade and investment between the two countries.
During this visit, Prince Mansoor and his delegation will meet with senior Pakistani officials, business leaders, and representatives of the Chambers of Chambers of New Economic Cooperation Chambers of Trade Cooperation.
It is expected that Saudi Arabia’s vision will focus on trade and investment facilities, with the emphasis on the sectors associated with the agenda of Pakistan’s economic reform agenda.
The Foreign Office said that the visit highlights the “deep root and brotherhood relations” between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, and that Saudi Pakistan is a joint commitment to enhance economic partnerships under the Joint Business Council framework. Pakistan is trying to attract Saudi investment increases as it reinforces its economy and pushes development in key sectors.
It is expected that the Saudi delegation meetings in Islamabad will find a way of cooperation in the priority industries, as the two countries want to open new bilateral trade and investment opportunities.
