The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will auction the property belonging to the National Police Foundation (NPF) on October 15, 2025, as part of the Foundation’s assets management and development measures.
According to the announcement, the auction will be held at Gandhara Heritage and Cultural Center, F9 Park, Islamabad, which will start at 11am.
The sale will be made on the basis of “where and where it is”, covering both residential and commercial property in Islamabad and Lahore.
The property for the auction also includes home numbers. 32, Street No. 28, Sector F -6/1, Islamabad, which is measured 1422.2/9 square yards, and commercial property number 28 (land and building), Mohafs Plaza, which is a measure of 24 marals, located in the central market of New Anarchy.
Under the terms of the auction, successful bidders must deposit rupees. 20 million and RS for residential property. Only 30 million opportunities for commercial property.
25 % of the total amount of bid, after adjusting the token, must be made within 10 days of bid acceptance, while the remaining 75 % must be cleaned within 20 days. All payment will be received directly by NPF.
Once the dues are set, the NPF will issue sales certificates and the occupation of the enzyme is transferred to successful prayers within 20 days after all legal customs.
According to the conditions, all applicable taxes, document festivals, and transfer compensation will be trees by buyers.
Detailed brochures that outline the terms and conditions of the auction begin on October 1, 2025 at the CDA Facility Center (G -7/2, Islamabad) and the nominated branches of the major banks and NPF office. Documents can also be downloaded from the CDA website.
