Punjab Expands Honhaar Scholarship Program Phase 2
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced the launch of the second phase of the Honhaar Scholarship program, a transformative initiative aimed at empowering the province’s youth through education and skill development. This growth promises to give opportunities to thousands of students who deserve it, further consolidating the functions of the program in the future of Punjab.
In her press announcement on her official account on social media platform X, Maryam Nawaz communicated directly to the youth, the dreams of which she called, the heartbeat of the future of the Punjab. She said that the Honhaar Scholarship program that started last year catered to 80,000 students, of which the current number on assistance is 50,000. In this latest phase, an additional 30,000 students will soon join the ranks of beneficiaries.
The program offers opportunities in 67 diverse fields, equipping students with both the skills and knowledge needed to excel in future careers. The doors of the new era of Honhaar Scholarship program have been opened, said the Chief Minister and he said that students can now apply with a blanket of confidence, put their heads to their studies and rest assured of their potential.
